God's Mission is Our Mission
I will never forget the day I met William because it shows why Ministry to Men Matters. Earlier this year on the Potomac Light for the Lost tour in Richmond, Virginia, I was speaking at East End Assembly of God (pastor Dan Helland) and people were filling out their 2023-24 LFTL faith promise forms.
William handed me his form. His commitment was for $10,000! I thanked him for such a generous commitment and told him I’d pray that he was successful raising the money. He quickly replied, “I know it’s a lot for one person to give. But I did the math. It’s only about $800 per month. I’m gonna work hard, and if God wants me to give it, He will provide.”
Such faith! That day with William at East End AG will always remind me that Ministry to Men Matters. Why? Because God’s mission to redeem mankind is our mission, too. Every man can and should participate. Pastor Helland values the men in his church and has discipled William very well.
As a result, William understands his responsibility to participate in God’s mission through prayer, giving, and missional living (he personally wins people to Christ on a regular basis). We need more “Williams!” Are you one?
LFTL’s year-end campaign, We Still Believe, has a goal to raise $5 million to help fulfill as many missionary requests for evangelism funds as possible over
the next three months. I urge every man who reads this to get involved in His mission. You can click here to make a contribution.
Thank you for being part of the mission. You’re one of the reasons we believe that Ministry to Men Matters.
P.S. If you are not yet a 360Man and have not joined the growing movement to help resource Ministry to Men in your home district, and nationwide, click here to sign up. It only takes a couple minutes and the $10 monthly investment you're making will help reach men nationwide for Christ and help them get started in a discipleship journey. Thank you for standing with the 360Man movement!
